MS Now: Dem PA congressional candidate: The federal government is ‘captured by corporations and billionaires’

Democratic congressional candidate and Scranton Mayor Paige Cognetti joins Morning Joe to discuss her campaign against GOP incumbent Rob Bresnahan Jr. Currently rated a “toss-up” by the nonpartisan Cook Political Report, the race for Pennsylvania’s 8th congressional district is key for Democrats in their quest to win back control of the House. Cognetti tells Morning Joe she’s ready to investigate corruption within the federal government, which she says is currently “captured by corporations and billionaires.”
